TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR THE USE OF HIGH RESILIENCE YARN

CHARACTERISTICS:
Capacity for minimum stretch; no stretching of the harnesses, so does not create any kind of twisting.

FINISH:
Treatment for thermosetting and anti-static.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS
Appropriate temperature for the working area is 22ºC with a C.V.of 3ºC, which may exceed 28º C for short periods of time.Relative humidity in the air of between 55% and 65%, which may be under 55% but must not exceed 70%.

These working conditions are the ones recommended by any polyester manufacturer for weaving.

WORK ANGLE:
The maximum work angle must be from 50º to 55º.

MAXIMUM SPEED IN P.P.M. (passes per minute)
